When you write to me directly, you can share the full picture, not just what fits into a few lines. That context matters. The more I understand about what you're actually facing, the more useful the answer.

You'll get one considered, complete response. Not a quick reaction typed between other things. An answer written the way I'd want someone to respond if it were me asking.

How it works

Write in with whatever difficulty or challenge you're not sure how to handle, whatever's genuinely on your mind about navigating audit. I'll read it carefully, think it through, and reply within 5 business days. Reply will be sent directly to the same email you used to send in your question.

Only one response per submission. To keep every reply thoughtful rather than rushed, I take on 2 requests per week. Once both are filled, this page will show when the next slot opens.

This service also doesn't cover technical accounting or auditing standards questions. Those are best directed to the relevant people at your firm, who know the specific engagement and facts.

Terms of Service

Scope of questions

This service is for questions about navigating the audit profession: working with seniors, managers, and partners, feedback and appraisals, mistakes, workload and budget pressure, career decisions, and similar professional situations.

How it works

• One question, one written response, delivered by email.

• Response time: within 5 business days of purchase.

• Limited to 2 requests per week.

• This is a single exchange, not an ongoing conversation. Follow-up questions are treated as new requests.

Price and refunds

The fee is $15 per response.

Once a response has been sent, all sales are final. No refunds after that point.

While you're still waiting within the 5-business day window period, no refund will be issued either, as the response is already in progress.

If a response isn't sent after 5 business days, you're entitled to a full refund. This applies even if the response arrives shortly after, late is still late, and you keep the right to a refund either way.

Confidentiality

Your question, any details you share, and your identity as the person asking are kept private. Nothing you write in, and nothing about who you are, is shared publicly, discussed with anyone else, or used elsewhere, in any form.

A note on honesty

This service works best when you share the real situation, not a version you think sounds better. The more context given, the more useful and specific the response can be. Nothing you share will be judged, only responded to with care.
